The teaching program is organised in units, repeating in the two stages so that those willing can attend both campus, thus enjoying a rich full immersion in the practise.

We will study the forms of the different styles directly with the masters (3 styles in the morning and 3 styles in the afternoon. Moreover there will be the common practise of Nei Gong, Qi Gong and Tui Shou (pushing hands) leaded in turn by Masters Xu, Zhao and Wu.
